Refund & Return Policy
- All returns must be in "like-new" and unused condition within 30 days.
- All bikes cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee + any restocking fees.
- All return bikes are subject to a 20% restocking fee during the 30-day period.
- You may be subject to shipping fees if you go against policy and choose to ship the bike back before any issues are diagnosed and fixed.
